Sales executive Aman Singh is a man of many talents: as well as holding a Diploma & Bachelor in Civil Engineering and a Diploma in Management, he also has 12 years experience in professional customer service, along with several years spent building his career in real estate.
An energetic and enthusiastic person by nature, Aman love interacting with people to learn more about their way of life and to really get to know their "story".
"I like to help people by understanding their motivation, and I strive to leave a good impression that they take with them - so they appreciate my work and feel satisfied with my service," he shares. "I think this is one of the best ways to live and work."
In his role as a sales executive, Aman says no two days are the same, as they might involve prospecting for new clients, listing properties, rolling out advertisement and marketing strategies, liaising with buyers, negotiating to sell properties, and complying with REIWA regulations when closing the property contracts.
An average day involves Aman "waking up with full motivation and energy", followed by a scheduled day to complete different work tasks at time, and ends with a gym workout or a run along the Applecross River or a Jacobs ladder workout at Kings Park, to release the daily stress to start fresh again next morning.
In his downtime, he likes to play pool, enjoy his fitness routine outdoors, travel, and spending time with family and friends. Aman is also an Australian Red cross humanitarian charity fund member.
I have had the good fortune of CEO Richard Young personally handling my mum's estate. Richard is a gentleman, a knowledgeable professional and he has been very attentive to me, to the detail of every clause of the somewhat convoluted offer contract. Richard has been very gentle, patient and caring because it is the last piece of my late mum and he empathises with the emotion of it. I can understand now why CY has the great reputation it has, because Richard is an exemplary leader. Both Aman and Chrissie assisted and gave me help as I needed it. Settlement is next week so I am sad yet grateful. Thank you Richard, Chrissie and Aman.
