Gloria Ceravolo has joined our Property Management team at our Fremantle office after working in real estate for seven years, in diverse roles including reception and sales administration.
In 2012 she gained registration as a Property Manager, after having previously completed Certificate II and III in Business. With her experience and passion, combined with her passion and enthusiasm for the property industry, Gloria is truly an asset to our Property Management team.
Efficient, service oriented and organised, her coworkers and clients can attest to the fact that she's a delight to work with. Gloria prides herself on servicing her clients to the highest possible standard, and she loves meeting new people and building relationships, which makes her perfectly suited to this role.
Gloria's attention to detail is invaluable when conducting inspections and arranging maintenance, and her friendly nature enables her to liaise effectively with both tenants and landlords. She believes the best things about being a Property Manager is the variety of different tasks she performs, and the constant learning opportunities via new challenges and an ever-changing industry.
When she's not hard at work, Gloria enjoys being active, especially outdoors. She's a keen runner and loves the beach, and travels whenever she has the opportunity. She also spends a lot of time with her family, whom she is very close with.
