Testimonials

I would like to thank you for the assistance and professionalism you have provided us with and the efficient streamlined sale. Not to mention, you delivered on my gauntlet of having it sold for my birthday and a further bonus of settlement in less than a month. The bonus of helping me out with a last minute problem at the property was above and beyond and a life saver.

Jackie and I highly recommend Logan Duncan-Smith and his colleagues at Caporn Young. Before even meeting us the first time, Logan had prepared a detailed evaluation of the market in the area. His advice and information throughout the selling process was informative and useful. We particularly admired his persistence - even having "home opens" for a vacant block! The backup he received from the staff at CY also made us feel confident that we would be successful in selling our block. Thanks much, Logan and CY.
