I just wanted to let you know that I have been very impressed with Lachlan's level of service over the past months. The leasing co-ordinators I have known have often been frazzled; they frequently don't know where keys are and sometimes won't return calls for days.
Lachlan has almost always answered my calls and if he can't, I always get a call back before COB without fail. His responses to emails are quick and punctual and he seems to me to have a handle on every property you guys manage.
I know I'm not a client so don't know how far this email will go, but I just wanted to let you know that if he treats your tenants in any way similar to the way he treats your contractors than he is a valuable asset to your team.Sam.
