Licensee / Branch Manager for Claremont Office


It’s the perfect time and the perfect place... we’re growing rapidly and need to appoint a Licensee / Branch Manager for our well established Claremont Sales Office. It’s an ideal opportunity for an experienced sales professional to continue selling while also taking the next step in their career.

This key role will appeal to someone who wants to take on a leadership role as well as grow your own sales team and sales business.   

This is an important position and as such we are offering an attractive remuneration package with profit share.

Reporting to the Directors, as Licensee / Branch Manager you will be required to:

  • Lead by example with listing & selling
  • Oversee the day to day operations of the office
  • Ensure performance of sales and administrative staff
  • Plan and report on KPIs

You’ll need:

  • Your real estate Sales Triennial licence
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • A passion for providing exceptional client service
  • Solid organisational skills

Whilst previous management experience is not absolutely necessary, you will require a proven track record in real estate sales.
