Having a commitment to continually grow and innovate, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to support our property management division. With your own geographical region north of the river to focus on, you will be responsible for securing new property management clients through prospecting, cold calling and networking as well as leasing the secured managements. New clients secured will be assigned to a designated property manager for ongoing management.

What you will need?

Our future BDM's will have a minimum of 2 years BDM and leasing experience in residential property management, demonstrate a high level of energy, autonomy, professionalism and an ability to build rapport with contacts. You will be able to clearly show that you are a results-driven individual who works effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
