This position is diverse and fast-paced, requiring you to wear multiple hats and manage multiple responsibilities. The successful candidate will be someone who is highly organised, cool & calm under pressure, and comfortable prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines.

Day-to-day duties include being the Executive Assistant to our award-winning Auctioneer/Associate Director, as well as working in conjunction with management on the general running of our office. With a busy international team to assist with data entry and administrative typing you are to coordinate the delivery of their work.

In addition, you will also be managing marketing campaigns, running weekly WIP meetings, and liaising with clients. This role also involves general administration duties, as well as providing support of our high performing sales team. We are looking for someone who has the initiative to roll up their sleeves and help where help is needed.

A strong understanding of the Real Estate industry is essential and experience is preferred, although our friendly team will provide help and support while you learn the ropes. Strong computer skills are absolutely essential, and you will need to know your way around a basic spreadsheet. Above all, you will be experienced in a similar role, and possess a "can do!" attitude, as well as a desire to constantly evolve our processes and way of doing things.
